Job Description

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Inspecting Equipment, Structures, Material — Inspecting equipment, structures, materials to identify the cause errors other problems defects.

  • Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevantsources.

  • Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment — Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily the basis mechanical (not electronic)principles.

  • Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events — Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances events.

  • Making Decisions and Solving Problems — information and evaluating results to the best solution and solve problems.

  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, and in writing

  • Controlling Machines and Processes — Using either control mechanisms direct activity to operate machines processes (not including computers vehicles).

  • Testing/MeasurementManage installation of small capital improvement projects
