With more than 35 years of experience\, \;Jack Callahan \;serves as CohnReznick'\;s construction industry leader. He has significant knowledge and experience in construction industry accounting\, corporate taxation and business consulting in the including heavy highway\, general contractors\, construction management\, specialty contractors\, building trades and building supply and equipment companies segments.

\n\n

Tom Greenawalt \;has more than 26 years of experience in public accounting and works closely with general contractors\, subcontractors\, homebuilders\, real estate owners\, developers and other organizations such as architects\, engineers and suppliers operating in the construction and real estate industries. He provides accounting\, attest\, tax and consulting services tailored to each client&rsquo\;s specific goals\, needs and circumstances. In addition\, his knowledge of the GAAP\, tax and operational aspects of the construction and real estate industries allows him to develop solutions and best practices that can produce desired results.

Jim Paretti \;is an experienced management-side employment and labor relations attorney with more than two decades of experience working with federal legislators and policymakers\, including a former speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives\, chairs of the U.S. House Committee on Education and the Workforce and senior level administration officials. Prior to joining Littler\, Jim was chief of staff and senior counsel to the acting chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
