Blueprint Reading Class 5 (Plumbing)

Description

Learn the fundamentals of reading and understanding the many components of a typical commercial project including civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical drawings. Students will learn the format of the project specification manual and how to use it in conjunction with the drawings. The curriculum also covers area and linear measurement of a variety of items. The course utilizes a real set of plans and specifications for a real project in the local area in order to maximize their learning experience. The course plans and specifications are furnished. Student provides pencils, tape measure, and a basic function calculator.
