The health care reform law, known as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), is in full swing. Under the employer mandate, employers with 100 or more full-time employees and full-time equivalent employees must now offer full-time employees a certain level of health coverage or be subject to apenalty. Additionally, ACA's onerous information reporting requirements are in effect, which will impact employers with 50 or more full-time employees and full-time-equivalent employees, as well as employers of any size that self-insure.
