The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently finalized two rules regarding affirmative action obligations of federal contractors and subcontractors regarding veterans and individuals with disabilities. Join ABC General Counsel Maury Baskin and Littler Mendelson Shareholders, Alissa Horvitz and David J. Goldstein as they discuss how the rules will affect every construction contractor and subcontractor who employs 50 or more employees and expects to perform federal contracts totaling more than $50,000 (slightly higher threshold for the Veterans Rule).  Federal contractors and subcontractors covered by the rules have a compliance deadline of March 24, 2014.
