Are you currently bidding work with Turner? Would you like to find out how you can get started or just need helep with an update?
Turner Construction in conjunction with ABC of North Alabama invites you to come spend some time walking through the Turner Construction prequalification process. Please join us on June 16th from 1PM - 4PM CST at 336 James Record Road, Huntsville AL 35824 for our Turner Prequalification Seminar.  We will begin at 1PM with an overview of the process. Then we will jump into a workshop and have Turner staff on hand to answer any questions you may have and to assist you with setting up your prequalification on the spot. 
If you would like assistance setting up or updating your Turner Prequalification that day, bring a laptop computer and the person that will manage annual Prequalification updates. Please provide the following information in an electronic format at sign-up:


 

1. Safety Experience Modification Rate (EMR) for the last three (3) years including 2015
2. OSHA 300/300A Logs for the last three (3) years including 2015
3. A copy of your audited Financial Statement (not more than 12 months old)
4. Current & Completed projects list - last 3 years
5. Insurance Carrier Information - verification of insurance from your Insurance Carrier
6. Letter from your Bonding Company Information indicating single project and aggregate capacity
7. Completed and signed W-9 Form
