This webinar will be presented from the viewpoint of a general contractor and a subcontractor. It will identify how an estimate can be formulated and developed into a proposal to present to a customer. The ABC Emerging Contractors Manual will be used as a reference, with all materials reviewed in detail. Additional forms will be supplied as tried and true samples to supplement those provided in the manual. The sections covered from the manual include: Estimating and Bidding Operations; Select Subcontractors and Suppliers; Evaluating Projects Critically; and Selecting Projects Carefully.
