Green Globes is a technically rigorous building assessment and rating system that is flexible and affordable. This user-friendly program includes an interactive web-based survey, an onsite third-party assessment and excellent customer support. Green Globes has modules supporting new construction, existing buildings, sustainable interiors and core & shell. It is suitable for a wide range of buildings including offices, multifamily structures, warehouses, grocery stores, hospitals, courthouses, schools and universities. It is the green building rating system for practical people.

About the Speakers
Dianne Elliott is a Customer Service Project Manager with the Green Building Initiative. Dianne assists clients during the assessment process as well as creates and conducts training for clients and for GBI’s professional certification programs. She also develops product support materials for clients and assessors in addition to fielding general inquiries.






Kevin Stover is a Commercial Programs Consultant with the Green Building Initiative. Kevin works with the Green Globes rating system and offers support for design, construction and operation of commercial buildings. Kevin is responsible for tracking registered projects, interfacing with users and addressing technical issues.
