Learn about the new AIA Sustainable Projects documents and strengthen your knowledge of other AIA Contract Documents most commonly used by Contractors. Understand the contractual relationships when entering Owner/Contractor agreements using the various project delivery models, including: Design-Bid-Build, Construction Manager as Adviser, Construction Manager as Constructor, Design-Build, Integrated Project Delivery, and Small Projects. Discover the key contractual clauses related to issues of particular interest to contractors.

- Learn about the new AIA Sustainable Projects documents and issues of interest to contractors working on sustainable projects.
